Experience:
Ann brings vast experience in athletics, business, teaching, counseling, public speaking, radio, and television to her coaching and counseling practice. After graduating from college, she cultivated a career in engineering and consulting. Though successful in her field, Ann followed her heart and went back to school to pursue her dream of helping others by becoming a counselor. Ann interned with renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Frank Minirth, becoming a frequent guest on his radio and television shows. In 1997, she started her own counseling practice and her own television program, Living Well with Ann Beal, and began speaking nationally and internationally. Ann began coaching in 2006 and has grown a thriving coaching and counseling practice.

Jim Slaughter, Ph.D., Life Coach

Experience:
As an Air Force officer, local church pastor, professor and counselor, Jim brings a wide background of ability and experience to the coaching process. While in the Air Force, he was a captain who trained combat air crews with the Strategic Air Command during the Vietnam era. Jim went on to earn his masters degree and Ph.D. at Dallas Theological Seminary, joining the faculty there after serving a seven year pastorate in California. In addition to teaching at Dallas Seminary, Jim has taught at the University of North Texas and at Amberton University in Dallas. He has presented at conferences, workshops, and retreats, and has contributed to textbooks, magazines, and professional journals through numerous published articles. Jim's pastoral and therapeutic skills are evident, and for many years, he has counseled men and women needing help with academic, vocational, and relational issues. As a Life Coach, he inspires and empowers people to live their dreams and have the life they have always wanted.
